At Hindustani Education Society’s N.B.S. 1. Admission Policy

  • Admissions are conducted as per the guidelines set by the Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, and Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
  • Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria for the respective courses.
  • Admission is based on merit and is subject to the availability of seats.

2. Academic Integrity Policy

  • All students are expected to adhere to the highest standards of academic honesty.
  • Acts of plagiarism, cheating, or any form of dishonesty are strictly prohibited.
  • Disciplinary actions, including suspension, may be taken against those violating academic integrity.

3. Anti-Ragging Policy

  • The institute follows a zero-tolerance policy towards ragging.
  • Students found indulging in ragging will face strict disciplinary actions as per the UGC and AICTE guidelines.
  • A dedicated anti-ragging committee and helpline are in place for assistance.

4. Code of Conduct

  • Students are expected to maintain discipline and behave respectfully on campus.
  • Acts of vandalism, violence, or any disruptive behavior are not tolerated.
  • Attendance of at least 75% is mandatory to appear for examinations.

5. Grievance Redressal Policy

  • A Grievance Redressal Committee has been established to address issues faced by students, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Complaints can be submitted online or through the grievance box available on campus.
  • The committee ensures timely and fair resolution of grievances.

6. Equal Opportunity Policy

  • The institute is committed to providing equal opportunities without discrimination based on caste, creed, gender, or disability.
  • Special support systems are available for differently-abled students.

7. Examination Policy

  • The institute adheres to the rules set by the affiliating university for conducting internal and external examinations.

  • CCTV surveillance is installed on campus to ensure safety.
  • Emergency response protocols are in place to address any safety concerns.
